What I offer in my office: 

   1:1 session for :

  • Doula session : Pregnancy, post partum, birth, pre conception, loss and grief, infetility, puberty...-

     

  • Naturopathy / Health coach: For women, babies and kids


    Trauma:
     

  • Ancestral trauma/Childhood trauma  : The first session is 1h30/2h, then next sessions are 1h 

    My approach for trauma use : nervous system regulation, EFT (Emotional freedom technique), somatic/embodiement work (Somatic experiencing), parts work (IFS: internal family system), vizualisation, psychogenealogy work...

     

  • Breathwork :
     

  • 1:1 session :   a personalized session on the theme of your choice (weight loss, sleep, stress, anxiety, fears, inner child, mourning, ancestors, etc.)
     

  • Group work:  I can hold a container for 5 people minimum. Please contact me.
